We're asked this question quite often as bright-eyed individuals approach our sampling table. Our answer, "It's Kohlrabi!" With a confused look on their faces, they go in for it anyway. Surprised by it's sweet, cabbage-like flavor, "Wow, that's good!" they exclaim. "So what is it again?"
