- 1 packet Straight from The Root Sous Vide Organic Parsnips
- 2 leeks - chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- Sautee leeks and garlic in 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Heat Straight from The Root sous vide organic parsnips for 60-90 seconds in a microwave or a pot of hot water
- Add all ingredients, including heated parsnips and sautéed leeks and garlic into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Top with a drizzle of remaining extra virgin olive oil and chopped parsley
