1 Package Sous Vide Kohlrabi
4-5 Sous Vide Baby Carrots
1 Medium Purple Onion
2 Cups Organic Leafy Greens
3 Tbsp Organic Olive Oil
Juice of 1/2 of a Organic Lemon
1/2 Tsp of Himalayan Pink Salt
Pour Olive Oil into a medium sized stovetop skillet.
Add Kohlrabi, Baby Carrots, Onion and Leafy Greens.
Stir mixture over low to medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Remove mixture from stove and mix in the lemon juice.
Add salt and stir thoroughly. Let cool for 5 minutes.
