1 Package Sous Vide Butternut Squash
1 Whole Onion, Finely Diced
1 Whole Green Pepper, Finely Diced
6 Artichoke Stems
2 Cups Organic Leafy Greens
3 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Whole Lemon
Himalayan Sea Salt to Taste
Add Olive Oil & Lemon Juice to a medium sized stovetop skillet.
Add all vegetables except Butternut Squash.
Stir veggie mixture with oil and lemon juice for 12-15 minutes over medium heat.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5-7 minutes.
Start heating a small pot of water on a separate burner until water boils.
Add the package of Sous Vide Butternut Squash to boiling water for 90-seconds.
Carefully remove the package with a pair of tongs and allow to cool for a few minutes.
Cut the Butternut Squash packet open with scissors and add to the vegetable mixture.
Stir all veggies together with the salt and Enjoy!
