Easily Put Together this Last Minute Sous Vide Baby Carrot Soup


1 1/2 Cups of Cooked Red Lentils

1/2 Frozen, Chopped, Organic Spinach

1 1/2 Tbsp of Organic Olive Oil

5 Sous Vide Baby Carrots

Salt & Pepper to Taste



Combine precooked lentils, frozen spinach, sliced baby carrots and olive oil in a medium stovetop pot. Mix ingredients thoroughly and stir constantly for 8-10 minutes. Check to make sure spinach fully warmed before removing from heat. 

Add salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy!
