1 Package of Sous Vide Butternut Squash
2 Organic Grass-Fed Eggs
1/2 Avocado, Sliced
3 Asparagus Stems, Cut in half
3 Slices of Lean Bacon
After cutting the three stems of Asparagus in half, prepare using this recipe: Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
During the last 7 minutes of baking time for the Asparagus, bring water to boil in a medium sized stove top pot.
In a separate stove top skillet, prepare Scrambled Eggs with one slice of sliced Bacon in your favorite manner. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Place package of Sous Vide Butternut Squash into boiling water for 90-seconds.
Remove package with tongs and allow to cool for a minute.
Remove Asparagus from the oven. Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes.
Cut Butternut Squash open and plate.
Place Avocado slices over the Butternut Squash.
Place Bacon Wrapped Asparagus and Eggs w/Bacon on your plate and Enjoy!
