Sous Vide Butternut Squash Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 sliced baguette
  2. 1 package of Straight from the Root Organic Sous Vide Butternut Squash 
  3. 1/3c crumbled goat cheese
  4. 1/4c of pesto 
  5. 2c fresh arugula
  6. 1/4c of olive oil mixed with crushed garlic

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  2. Place sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush with garlic olive oil.
  3. Toast sliced baguette in the oven while preparing bruschetta mix.
  4. Mix pesto, 1 tbs of garlic olive oil, and salt and pepper in a bow.
  5. Toss in fresh arugula, goat cheese, and 1 package of Straight from the Root Organic Sous Vide Butternut squash.
  6. Take toasted baguette out of the oven, top with bruschetta mixture, and ENJOY!
