- 1 sliced baguette
- 1 package of Straight from the Root Organic Sous Vide Butternut Squash
- 1/3c crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4c of pesto
- 2c fresh arugula
- 1/4c of olive oil mixed with crushed garlic
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush with garlic olive oil.
- Toast sliced baguette in the oven while preparing bruschetta mix.
- Mix pesto, 1 tbs of garlic olive oil, and salt and pepper in a bow.
- Toss in fresh arugula, goat cheese, and 1 package of Straight from the Root Organic Sous Vide Butternut squash.
- Take toasted baguette out of the oven, top with bruschetta mixture, and ENJOY!
