- 1 package Straight from the Root Sous Vide Baby Carrots
- 1/4c chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Wrap each Straight from the Root Sous Vide Baby Carrots in 1 slice of proscuitto and place on a baking sheet
- Brush proscuitto wrapped carrots in olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Bake until proscuitto on carrots is a little crispy.
- Place on serving tray and ENJOY!
