Warm Cauliflower Sous Vide Kohlrabi Quinoa Salad



  1. 3c cooked quinoa
  2. 2c cauliflower florets
  3. 1 package of Straight from the Root Organic Sous Vide Kohlrabi    


  1. 1/2c tahini
  2. 1/4c canned coconut milk
  3. 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp tamari
  5. 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  6. 1 tsp Sriracha
  7. 1/4 tsp garlic powder


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Coat cauliflower in coconut oil and cook in oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove cauliflower from oven and place Straight from the Root Organic Sous Vide Kohlrabi on baking sheet to cook in the oven with cauliflower for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  4. Pour all dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine well.
  5. Mix cooked quinoa, cauliflower and kohlrabi in dressing.
  6. Transfer to serving bowl and ENJOY!
