- 3c cooked quinoa
- 2c cauliflower florets
- 1 package of Straight from the Root Organic Sous Vide Kohlrabi
- 1/2c tahini
- 1/4c canned coconut milk
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp tamari
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Coat cauliflower in coconut oil and cook in oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove cauliflower from oven and place Straight from the Root Organic Sous Vide Kohlrabi on baking sheet to cook in the oven with cauliflower for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Pour all dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine well.
- Mix cooked quinoa, cauliflower and kohlrabi in dressing.
- Transfer to serving bowl and ENJOY!
