Potassium (Sweet Potato + Pumpkin Seeds)

Calcium (Sweet Potato + Pumpkin Seeds)

Vitamin B6 (Sweet Potato + Cranberries)

Vitamin C (Sweet Potato + Cranberries)

Caprylic Acid (Coconut Oil)

Lauric Acid (Coconut Oil)

Capric Acid (Coconut Oil)

Vitamin A (Sweet Potato)


Sous Vide Sweet Potato Mash with Cranberries



1 Package Organic Sous Vide Sweet Potatoes

1.5 Tbsp of Organic Coconut Oil

1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Flax Meal

1/2 Tsp Turmeric

1/4 Tsp Nutmeg


Optional Toppings:

2 Tbsp Organic Dried Cranberries 

2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds


Optional Sweetener:

1 Tsp RAW Honey



Place all ingredients into a Food Processor and blend.

Scoop mixture into your favorite cereal bowl or onto a small plate.

Place in the microwave for 25-35 seconds.
