Let's face it. We love incorporating our veggies into everything! Don't you? Last week it was Donuts and this week it's Pizza. That's only natural, right!?
Not just any Pizza, though. Vegan Pizza! Life is more interesting when you try New Things and there's plenty to explore when it comes to Pizza!
The one you're seeing above is a creation we made and it could not have been more simple! Here's how you can make it in 7 Super Easy Steps.
Step 1: We bought our favorite Gluten-Free Crust and Vegan Cheese from the grocery store.
Step 2: We emptied 1-packet of our Sous Vide Beets into a Food Processor with 1Tablespoon of Organic Olive Oil. Then we hit the Blend Button!
Step 3: The Beautiful Beet mixture was spread over the thawed pizza crust.
Step 4: We sprinkled the Vegan Cheese around the edge of the Beet Mixture.
Step 5: This Pizza Crust needed to cook for about 12-minutes so we followed the instructions!
Step 6: After allowing the Pizza to cool we covered it with our Favorite Field Greens.
Step 7: We ate and enjoyed!
