Potassium (Beets + Banana + Coconut Milk)
Vitamin B6 (Blueberries + Beets + Banana)
Protein (Banana + Blueberries + Beets)
Dietary Fiber (Beets + Blueberries)
High-Quality Fats (Coconut Milk)
Vitamin C (Blueberries + Banana)
Magnesium (Beets + Banana)
Manganese (Coconut Milk)
Electrolytes (Coconut Milk)
Phosphorus (Coconut Milk)
Lauric Acid (Coconut Milk)
Copper (Coconut Milk)
1/2 Package Organic Sous Vide Beets
1/2 Cup of Ice (Crushed if Possible)
1/3 Cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
1/4 Cup of Full Fat Coconut Milk
1 Small Banana
1 Cup Water
Place all ingredients, except Coconut Milk, into a blender.
Blend thoroughly. Pour into your favorite glass.
Evenly poor Coconut Milk over the top of the smoothie.
Place a few extra Blueberries on top.
