 Burger Bowl Featuring Sous Vide Kohlrabi

  

Ingredients

4 oz of Fully Cooked, Organic Grass Fed Beef

1/2 Package of Organic Sous Vide Kohlrabi

1 Cup of steamed Organic Broccoli Crowns

1/2 Cup of Organic Red Cabbage

1 1/2 Tbsp of Avocado Oil

Dash of Sea Salt 

 

Dressing

Annie's Organic Thousand Island Dressing

  

Directions

Pour Avocado Oil into a medium stovetop skillet. 

Add remaining ingredients (except dressing) into the skillet as well. 

Stir over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat.

Place mixture into the serving dish of your choice.  

Drizzle dressing over the meal and Enjoy!
