Ingredients

2 Cups of Organic Leafy Greens

1/2 Package of Organic Sous Vide Butternut Squash

1/2 Package of Organic Sous Vide Kohlrabi

1/4 Cup Dried Organic Cranberries

1/4 Cup Organic Pumpkin Seeds

 

Directions

Combine all veggies, fruit and seeds in a medium mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. 

Place Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar together in a small bowl. Stir until mixed.

Drizzle dressing over salad mixture. Serve and Enjoy!
