Sous Vide Kohlrabi Salad with Eggs

 Sous Vide Kohlrabi with Egg Salad



Sous Vide Baby Carrots (Finely Chopped)

1/2 Package of Organic Sous Vide Kohlrabi

1/2 Cup Red Cabbage (Chopped)

Scrambled Eggs (Fully Cooked)

2 Cups Leafy Organic Greens



2 Tbsp of Avocado Oil

1/2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 


 Eggs and Sous Vide Kohlrabi Salad



Place Leafy Greens and Kohlrabi into a medium sized salad bowl. 

Finely chop Sous Vide Baby Carrots and Red Cabbage.

Place chopped vegetables into the bowl with greens and kohlrabi.

Add the Scrambled Eggs and mix all ingredients well. 

Place mixture into a serving dish of your choice.

Drizzle dressing over the salad and Enjoy!
