1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 Cup of Pumpkin Seeds

1/2 Cup Cauliflower Rice

2 Cups of Red Cabbage

2 Tbsp of Avocado Oil

  

Directions

Place all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and toss until thoroughly mixed. 

Combine Avocado Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar together in a small mixing dish.

Pour dressing over salad mixture and enjoy!
