Here we are in the midst of Summer! How did we get here so fast, right? As you might have guessed, we've been busy too. Not too busy to bring you a new Sous Vide Recipe, though. 

After a long day in the office, there is nothing more promising than being able to save a little time in the kitchen. In this case, we've taken care of preparing the Kohlrabi for you. This makes for such a fantastic side as it is low in calories and carbs yet high in phytochemicals.

If that's not enough, here's a few more reasons to add this incredible vegetable into your life:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Green apple 
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Packs SFTRoot Kohlrabi
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • Salt / Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Leonardo E. Roberto's Gourmet Blends D'Anjou Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Blends D'Anjou Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Cider Marinated Chicken Recipe

Directions

- Melt ghee in a saucepan. 
- Sautee garlic, onion, and green apple until translucent. 
- Add ACV, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Add Kohlrabi.
- Transfer to a bowl when cooked.
- Top with 1 tbsp of D'Anjou Pear Vinegar.
